Undergraduate research is critical for the maturation for our undergraduate students. I attempt to integrate the laboratory skills they have in context of my larger research program. In addition to the opportunity to expose them to research, undergraduate research allows me to get to know students and get candid assessment of the techniques they believe are successful in instruction. All requests to join the laboratory should be initiated by email.
